Lo Rae was born from a feeling I couldn’t shake...that there had to be more than the life I was living, and more fun to be had in the Pilates world!

I’ve always been creative. As a kid, I was constantly drawing, doodling, and finding little ways to turn ideas into something tangible. That creative itch has NEVER left me. By day, I currently work as a Research Analyst, knee deep in data and analytics. Outside of office hours, teaching Reformer Pilates and Hot Sculpt is my reset, my therapy, and my inspiration for it ALL!

As I fell deeper into the Pilates world, I started building a collection of grip socks, but I found myself wanting something different. Something a little more playful, expressive, and full of personality. I wanted socks that felt like a wink in the middle of a tough class. Socks that didn’t just support your practice, but made it more fun!

That’s where Lo Rae truly came to life...my "why". A brand where movement meets creativity, and strength meets self-expression. Every design is rooted in my love for Pilates, my lifelong passion for creating, and the belief that what you wear to move should feel just as good as the movement itself.
